Does your municipality have a setback ordinance (no structures within "X" feed of the property line)? If so,  perhaps appearing at the Zoning committee meeting demanding a variance that runs with you

We do have a setback, the county and township planning commissions rejected it, the owner applied for a variance, and there is a zoning hearing board appeal scheduled.The township follows the UCC and
