The more I think about it the more I think in this arrangement pulling toward the back stay anchor is the right thing to do. When I tram my back stay has a hard attachment to the tower, yours doesn't

Al - If you haven't trammed an antenna before, also be aware that unless the tram line is very taught there is a lot of sag in the line as the antenna reaches the top of the tower. With only 18 inche

I would tackle this rigging deli ma one of two ways. A: use my HD WB0X gin pole with the 2" .250 wall pole. This giver a straight down pull by the capstan winch. B: I would mount a pulley on the mast
