Whatever you use for safety lanyards, if you are not competent with knots such that you could tie a bowline knot around your waist one handed with your eyes shut, then don't just tie a lanyard around

Open none gated lanyard clips !!!! I have a few old single lever clips, Miller, Klein and OGP .. I use them as needed ( mostly painting ) and one that's adjustable 6' for total around AB 105 and Rohn
