Hello TT'ers, I was curious if one ever installed one of these on another concrete base. I have a 4x5x5 that currently has rohn 25 sticking out of it but does NOT have any rebar installed within. Can

You can drill and epoxy bolts in existing concrete, however the concrete needs to be of adequate size and properly reinforced. I do not know what size base US towers recommends for this tower however

Hi Nat, The first problem is that the base for the TX489 requires a 5'x 5'x 8' concrete pad with rebar cage not a 4'x 5'x 5'. I know that the present bolts used on the tower is now a welded nut at th

Hello All, Thanks for the details. It does not make mechanical sense. On my initial pass on the US tower web page it was not immediately obvious how big the base needed to be. So... its a much bigger
