I find LMR-400 a bit stiff for a rotator loop. You might want to use something like LMR400 Ultra Flex or BuryFlex for the loop. For my 200 foot run from the radio room to the junction of the rotator

I would use Buryflex (see http://www.davisrf.com/coax.php and http://www.eham.net/reviews/detail/4515 ) for it all. in my experience it holds up to UV exposure better than LMR400 and resists moisture

Kevin, I use Davis RF Bury-Flex on everything here, including 12 runs of cable lengths from 150 to 650 feet. It is used for all the rotor loops also. Works great -- never any problem with it. 73, Ken
