Good question I loved my HY Tower and Sold it in a moment of stupidity on EBAY, the down pressure would not be as bad do you have the mounting base or does that second hand antenna just have the insu

I acquired a used HyTower, a year ago! It came with a triangular base that can be mounted anywhere. I have sunk 3 "T" posts and put "U" bolts thru the base to hold it on bare ground. It works great!
