I notice that in most of the threads regarding 1/2 and 3/4 inch CATV hardline the use of barrel connectors with a circlip in one end as the major portion of the adapter. Just wondering if anyone has

Got to your local hardware or plumbing store find the fitting you need by size on the cable end then 1/2 inch on the other end if you need one I make you one for $6.oo with the right fitting on it. N

Hi Mike - I found that a "coupler" brass compression fitting will fit the 1/2 line and a PL259 just fine. Local hardware store trip time :). Used this setup for quite a few years without issues. -- G
