Steve, Take a look at the Rohn catalog. They have equalizer plates to balance the load between the upper and lower set of guys. You will need a good turnbuckle on each guy wire since the guy tension

The turnbuckles that Rohn supplies are made by Chicago. You can find the same Chicago turnbuckles without the Rohn markup from US Suppliers on the web I avoided the unknown Chinese offerings. Mark N1
