The only dedicated coax strippers I use are those designed for CATV coax. These are the only cables for which I use crimp connectors, and I use those cables extensively for RX antennas, both for ham

I love the multi blade strippers with the interchangeable adjustable cassettes.  You can set them up for different kinds of coax, and when you swap, you just put in the already adjusted blade set.  M
