Now with this topic, having several pieces of CATV 1/2 and 3/4 will like to know if some one try to use it to make stubs for the regular 50 ohms system trying to be more specific, all my station is 5

Yes, I have some made out of catv hardline and they work fine. Start with a velocity factor of .81 to .83, cut them long and trim down in case yours is slightly different. There are some more notes o
