I'm about to put up my first 6m yagi. Its a JK 5 element. Can I expect any interaction between the 6m yagi and the tribander with 10' spacing? Thanks Rich - N5ZC ____________________________________
Yes. I had to turn my 4 element 90 degrees from my tribander to keep it from effecting it. According to the modeling program that K5GO used. Although mine is about 4 feet above the tribander. Best to
Good advice, it is always best to model it to see the true interaction instead of relying on someone's guess. John KK9A I had to turn my 4 element 90 degrees from my tribander to keep it from effecti
Modeling is a great tool for predicting antenna performance, but it is only one tool in our arsenal, not the only tool.. In the article link I sent out earlier, it was not "someone's guess", but info

Thanks for all the helpful info. I have plenty of room on my tower to install the 5 element yagi at 30' and not be anywhere close to another antenna. I'll take some measurements then move the antenn
