I am planning to put up a 2.4 GHz antenna on my tower, but is there an interference issue with the HF antennas when both are used at the same time? The lower HF antenna is a 10-30 meter yagi at 80 fe

assuming the 2.4ghz equipment is properly protected against any hf that may get picked up on it's antenna, or more likely the cables, there shouldn't be a need to have any separation between them. I

Hello Chuck: I would not expect problems with your proposed installation, however there is no guarantee, as every situation is unique. Proper installation and shield bonding is critical to success (a

Yes, the issue would be pickup on the feedline. The mechanism would be conversion of common mode current to a differential voltage on the coax due to a poor quality shield on the 2.4 GHz feedline. Li

My prior QTH (still own it) has a 802.11 repeater hub for my (and many others) internet service, about 9 link antennas on 20' of Rohn 25. It was 100' from my tribander at the same elevation and I don
