- OM STAN, MY HAZER HAS A SAFETY CATCH THAT IT RESTS ON TO PREVENT SUCH SHOULD THE CABLE BREAK. I DID HAVE MY SLACK COAX AT TOP ALMOST LOOP OVER THE TOWER, WHICH WUD HAVE PREVENTED LOWERING. SOMEONE US
