The remote control unit should have a local position so you don't have to take the control box outside. There should be a local switch on the side of the relay box. Doesn't your's have this? Skip, KJ

Tower is a Hygain HG70HD. Winch is a US Tower MD-75. T-Base was made with the old ears that were probably cut off at the previous installation. Hygain used a similar concrete base as the Tri-Ex. Skip

I had a sheet metal cover made for my motor on my LM-470. Keeps most of the direct rain off. Unfortunately, the motor on the TX-472 MDP is mounted on the bottom of the bottom and not easily covered.
