For the Big Grips at least, Graybar stocks them, and they're really cheap there. Texas Towers gets $6.00 for a 1/4" Big Grip. The last batch I got from Graybar was $17.50 for 10 including shipping. I

Why not build an off center fed dipole with a feedpoint at 1/3 from one end. They work at even harmonics. You only have to use a 4:1 balun instead of a 1:1. Tune for 1.8 and it works at 3.6 too. 73,
