I had a 30' pole set in my yard for my satellite antennas. I used 4 "pole to mast" brackets obtained from a friend of mine. The mast I have is 24' long and extends down the side of the pole about 12'

I'm in the process of assembling one and am having issues with the tips fitting/sliding into it's mating piece. The tip only goes in a few inches before binding. I see no burrs or such in the tube.
