I am curious what the best way to use this antenna on 160 might be , it also needs to work on the other bands too. It is the only antenna I can put up at the moment and would like to use it on 160 ,

Loading coil and shunt coil in an L network switched in and out with vacuum relays should work. I use a 60 foot wire vertical on all bands 160m thru 30m. This is how I do it: http://www.n3ox.net/pro

Dan, I don't use Hygain's loading coil or trap for 160 on the Hy-Tower. What I did was make an Inverted L and connected it to the base of the Hy-Tower, then ran the wire up to an insulator installed
