- I don't recall call but the loudest signal I ever heard coming into KC from the east coast on 80m was a guy running phased dipoles. It was amazing but you've got to have the space and supports. Aa0f

- I test drove this method with a DJI Phantom and a remote release triggered by flashing the drone's running lights. The drone had no problem carrying 1/8" nylon rope 100' into sky and releasing. Marsh

- If you get a good drone (such as DJI Phantom) you can tie 1/4" rope to drone leg and take it up and over tree. I set rope in 90' tree at FD this year using this method. Be careful bringing the drone
