- Hi Bob, I don't know what the "Old Wind Mill" was. The UK2RDX of the 80ies was in Viimsi, a suburb of Tallinn, Estonia. UK were Soviet club stations, 2 were the Baltic states & Kaliningrad. Ukrainian
