My slightly educated guess is no. Ten Tec design philosophy in the final tuned circuits doesn't leave much room for fudging. Besides, it's a hell of a fudge to jump 20 MHz. I may go out on a limb her

We have had this suggestion before. Adding six meter capability would have added significantly to the price of the transceiver and we elected not to do it when designed. We have no plans to add this
