Ken, Nothing to worry about. Leaving the white cable unplugged is standard operating procedure. When mine went back to get the leaky finals fixed it came back the same way :) That said, their service

Repairs to ANY rig should be checked upon receipt by first opening the case and checking for loose or missing pieces. Shipping can do this! Air or Ground, and by any shipper! Been there done that on
