It's definately not from the synthesizer since the Scout/Argo uses a PTO.. All of them have a very low-level whine that you can hear with headphones plugged in and the audio turned down.. The rig is

I have never had a Scout in my hands so I did not know if it had a synthesizer in it. I did, however, know that what this person hears is NOT synthesizer noise. Nor is it phase noise since THAT would
