No it does not. It has the usual dual vfos, A/B and they expect you to first establish the qso, hit the = button to sync the vfos then switch to vfo B and adjust as if it were the RIT. This works but

There are times tha you want to work with a constant freq. offset. RIT lets you do that; you change freq. and the offset remains. The OMNI V does not support anything like that; change freq. and B is
