Hi Denton - You mentioned you have 13.9 vdc "at power supply". If you have not already done this, please measure the voltage (with the radio turned on) at the back of the Orion. Been there, done this

My Orion 1 display is just about toast...blob in lower left hand corner and the readout is starting to fade...a call to TT service dept. told me the display was broken...so have ordered a new display
