I just found this POSTING on QRZ.COM Bill Tippett, W4ZV, of New London, NC correctly copied code word OMAHA from the N2XE beacon transmitting with a peak carrier power of .0000406 watts at 3.5455 MHz

I'd say it's more like a W4ZV record. The Orion is only as good as the guy doing the listening and I think this guy listens pretty good. When I listened I could just barely convince myself there was

The type of RX antenna and QTH noise floor certainly play no small part as well. My Omni V is no slouch in the RX capability dept., but I could never hear the beacon when the power dropped below 5 mW
