I spent a couple hours using a local ham's Orion at his shack. I ran CW at 40 wpm. I heard no relay noises. Using either the speaker or my Sony Walkman cans, the QSK was virtually free of clicks and

A QSK delay of 0% (MENUS > CW) will produce a clicking noise in headphones. Increase the QSK delay to 10% and the click goes away but the QSK is still so fast you can hear between the letters. k4ia C
