This sounds like the classic dirty connector behind the front panel problem. There's a couple of connectors with about 200 connections on it behind the Orion front panel. There's so many connections

I tend to agree with Carl. It doesn't sound like a classic A9 power distrib board capacitor issue with symptoms of rebooting esp during xmit. It also doesn't sound like a classic battery issue with s

Also, if you do disconnect those connectors, be careful to gently nudge them up by the connector body and don't simply yank on the ribbon cable or you'll risk separating the cable from its connector.
