- Years ago I had one of these, shortly after they came out, before they started doing all the confusing option stuff. I loved the radio. The CW TX had a bit of a harsh sound because of the sharp rise

- Given the scenario of being inactive for some years, Jacque, I do not think you would miss anything to use the Omni VI rather than the last versions as a CW station. Those are still great radios! 73,
