Hmmmm, verrrrry interesting. My first thought was to reply and say mine was quiet but then I decided to check it out since 10 meters has been dead since I got my VI. With the settings as you specify,

I also have a birdie at 28.330.7 and an interesting noise when I tune thru 332. There's birdies all over the place on that radio, but as you say, most are covered by real radio signals. *--* * Pat Ma
