Check the filter very carefully for cold solder joints / loose connections. I had this problem once with a 500Hz filter and a quick resolder with a 25 watt iron fixed it. 73, Marsh, KA5M --Original M

IMHO the question is how much of a problem is it? If you listen with headphones and switch between filters, it can be a big problem. If you just leave it set on one filter and change it occasionaly,
