Can anyone shed some light on this subject? I'm playing around with an old RTTY gizmo that needs low level audio fed into it. I used the Ten Tec sound card cable for my Argo V, and it works like a ch

Dave - I can't tell you the comparative output of the VI+ vs the Argo, but I can tell you that running the audio out (line level) from the VI+ in my shack was more than sufficient to drive an HAL DXP

It just may be that the "low level" input required of the RTTY device is actually a "low impedance" input as well, thus loading the line output of the Omni VI Plus. The HP output is really a pretty l
