What level of isolation or attenuation should the output diode T/R switch on a Corsair I Low Pass Filter Board have? I've been measuring the one on my Corsair by looking at the voltage out at the ant
How are you measuring the voltages? Oscilloscope with 10X probe, 10 Megohm impedance, properly compensated? A poorly compensated scope probe might explain differences in your measurements on 80/40 v

Mismatches in probe compensation won't affect taking ratios, but might affect absolute voltages on the receiver port. And when you are at 40+ dB attenuation at 28 MHz stray coupling and imperfect sh
Yep, that's why I asked whether all his measurements were above the noise floor of his measuring setup. _______________________________________________ TenTec mailing list TenTec@contesting.com http
Thanks for the replies, gentlemen. In answer to your questions, I made the measurements with a 10X probe on the transmitter running 100 watts out (200V p-p). Leakage amounts were on the order of 0.2

Its possible to measure that here, but I have other projects in line first. Did you check the resistors for drift in value? A pin diode's resistance (and that's critical in shunt mode) depends a grea
