Does anyone know where to go to find a replacement for the bandswitch on a Corsair II. I was told at Ten Tec that they no longer supply the bandswitch. Mine has a little play in it and I was told it

I have the same radio....the bandswitch knob is prone to spltting on the inside...easy fix. What I did was put a small steel wire loop around the outside of the part that goes on the shaft. Also, try

Dan: The bandswitch knob on my Corsair II split around the shaft, back in the late 80's. I removed the knob, and filled the empty space surrounding the thin wall that surrounds the shaft with epoxy.

My bandswitch knob also broke and made the bandswitch feel sloppy. I removed the knob and wedged one or two book matches between the inner tube and outer tube opposite the setscrew. There has been no
