Would appreciate help with a couple of quick questions on the 544 PTO. Am I correct in assuming that the only way to eliminate a very slight amount of backlash in one direction is by a PTO rebuild? H

Getting the PTO out is most of the work in rebuilding one of them. You'd be money ahead to just take it out, take it apart, clean out the grease and re-grease it with quality stuff. No parts should b
