I've noticed the same issue with my Orion II; great audio with the speaker and not as great with the headphones plugged into the Orion's headphone jack. I solved the problem by plugging my headphone

Ron, Have you tried doing a reset? On my Orion I, I can have very low audio in the headphone jack, but the speaker is fine. Ten-Tec is aware of the problem. It may be the same on the Orion II. 73, Jo

Me too. I have tried several "cans" , good ones too. No good audio. Volume is about half. Sure is a problem. 73 Josh N4VB The sweep works much better than the "O". It's a 9+ for sure. _______________
