well , like the head of FEMA, they do WORK for the BUSH ADMINSTRATION... and probably got the "word" i read it also ( the exc summary )... looks to have been cleansed I like that they identified "54"

That 54 frequency thing was strange, too. FEMA uses Automatic Link Establishment Radios, and do have some fixed nets, but they also can use whatever freq. the propagation is supporting. There are FEM
