It appears CW was removed for Gen & Adv licensees, not Extra. Kinda muddy interpretations so far, but most believe this to be true. Needs to be corrected, if so. w8au

Nice theory, but not foolproof. The no-code license from 1992 on raised the number of new hams, but did not correspondingly increase ARRL membership. What you achieve easily does not maintain loyalty
