My Omni VI+ has all filter slots full. And as I recall....favored towards the CW side. Anyway...just by tuning, does not seem to be near as sharp on the tightest setting as ..well...anything else in

You can buy sets of the sleeves made for just this purpose...with a small allen screw to hold it wherever you want. We used 'em at HP...then I got a set for myself. Probably now at the Harbor Freight

Michael.....You are right on your line of thought. You don't need the scopes everyone is rattling off model numbers. I worked for HP for over 15 years, and was given a high-end 275 Mhz scope to keep.

I might be wrong on this, but while the gold ones look fancy....from what I have seen, they are garbage. I don't think you will find gold Amphenol UHF connectors. Perhaps someone else can correct me
