Version 1.26 - 11/13/03 Fixed bug in NB restore routine that prevented NB value from being recalled properly. Added call to initialize RF Gain on boot. Was defaulting to full gain until knob touched.

Yep - it defies logic why anyone would buy a new FT-1000 or Field. That technology is so out-dated. Sure it works but you can get better gear for the same money (i.e., Jupiter / Orion).

I should also add that the meter went from S9+44 to S7 (the noise level of the band at that time with no signals present) when I adjusted the PBT away from W1AW's signals. Truly awesome.
