I think the review was very fair. I bought one a little while after they first came out from HRO, when they still sold through dealers. I had a few problems with it and sent it back for full refund.

Thanks, Scott. The Orion is a great radio despite what all the appliance operators say. I think it's kind of exciting to see the Orion evolve. I get too bored just sitting down and operating a radio.
