It seems to me if you decrease rf gain so should signal levels decrease hence lower s-meter readings. I liked that way in the OmniVI and as I remember in the other Omnis and Corsairs. John N1JM

Someone might correct me on this, but I think the INRAD filters have 3-4db more insertion loss. John N1JM The Inrad filters have the steeper skirts, but.......the response rises up again a ways out!!
