In the U.S. no one has needed to pass a Morse code test to work those modes for almost 15 years. Obivously that has not killed those modes. I guess you never worked any novices............. Geoff. --

IMHO the question is how much of a problem is it? If you listen with headphones and switch between filters, it can be a big problem. If you just leave it set on one filter and change it occasionaly,
