I found that by setting the mic in the SSB menu to MIC when running SSB and never BOTH that this helped solve the problem. I set it to EXTERNAL when running PSK31. George
If the Orion2 never sends info unless requested how does that explain the operation with my SteppIR controller if the SteppIR controller never requests a change of frequency? As I was told the SteppI
Does anyone have the same problem that I am having with my logging program, DX4WIN, and my Orion2? If I don't have the O2 powered on when I boot up my computer the computer hangs and won't completely
I figured out what the problem was. It was the Radio Shack USB to DB9 adaptor feeding the O2/SteppIR Y cable. Apparently the USB port doesn't like the fact that there is nothing responding at the DB9
I have just noticed that my auto antenna switching as set up in the transmit menu is broke??? I use DX4WIN and click on a DX spot and the program automatically changes the frequency and the O2 should
Grant; Thanks for the reply. Yes I re-input all the parameters after each firmware update and re-set the memory. I use ANT1 for 160 through 30 meters and ANT2 for 20 through 10 meters. I never had th
