I found that by setting the mic in the SSB menu to MIC when running SSB and never BOTH that this helped solve the problem. I set it to EXTERNAL when running PSK31. George

I figured out what the problem was. It was the Radio Shack USB to DB9 adaptor feeding the O2/SteppIR Y cable. Apparently the USB port doesn't like the fact that there is nothing responding at the DB9

I have just noticed that my auto antenna switching as set up in the transmit menu is broke??? I use DX4WIN and click on a DX spot and the program automatically changes the frequency and the O2 should

I concur with Gert recommending a SteppIR 3 element beam. I chose it because of it's mono band operation on every frequency from 13.9Mhz to 53Mhz and everything in between and it isn't a monster. Bes
