- Hi Bob, I have not used HRD very long or consistently but I downloaded V5 Build 2893 which works with the VII and K3 quite well. Settings are PPS: 57600. Data Bits: 8. Parity: None. Stop Bits: 1. Win

- Other than the manufacturer recommended fan that attaches to the rear heat sink (useful particularly when operating digital modes), over the years I have never found a need for additional cooling fan
