Just FYI - the Orion will not update running through a microHam DigiKeyer that connects to the computer through a USB port. It stalls out early in the FW write process. I have to use a hard COM port

Interesting - I use the bandstacking registers all the time on my Orion I with the latest firmware. I have them set on all bands to CW, PSK, FSK, and SSB freq and mode, and they are 100% repeatable.
