Hi Russ i owned a Scout for 8 years. they are great rigs for field use, and you don't ned a large battery to power one for a couple days. At the price they are going fow now, they are a real bargain.

Hi Alan I have used the powerSonic batteries used in electric carts. I currently use the CSB batteries made in Taiwan. They are used as UPS bateries,and weigh about 7 lbs. They have carrying handles.
