Mike, N7MH: ...if you are physically located in Africa. From Europe, the average QSO point value is very seldom 3. IMO, there is ample space around the rate windo to show both rates. Discard the RATE

Another twist on this would be to allow an option that would normalize the QSO rate to equivalent number of 3 point QSOs. IOW, if you were running 2 pointers at 150 QSO/HR the display would read 100/
