Correct. I wanted to use the same CTY.DAT file format as CT9, so it was necessary for TR to decide the right zone. It puts UA8 calls in zone 18, UA9A/C/D/F/G/J/K/L/M/N/Q/R/S/T/W/X in zone 17, UA9H/O
