Thanks Mike for the information. I did a little deeper reading into the original TR manual know I am on the right track with your info, and think I found what I should do in order to edit a DOM file.

Ok some great headway from this end. With the tciadapter running, and ExpertSDR3 running, and from a command line terminal I am able to interact with the SDR!!! I have tested and only gotten this to
