You should be able to reset to one fixed speed by adding something like ^C SPEED30 ^D to your QSL message, but this doesn't adapt to varying conditions that require varying operating speeds. -- 73, U

Well, I'd prefer 2 wpm steps. Slowing down from 25 to 22 or even from 22 to 19 is a bit coarse. At higher speeds, the 3 wpm steps are OK. I got around it by setting Farnsworth speed to (in my case) 2
